Am I too unfit for personal training?

No one is too unfit to get into training! I will meet you where you are at and go where you want to go. I am all about helping people to improve so it doesn’t matter where you start! Beginners are great for clients to train as the body adapts quickly to new changes. Most people surprise themselves with how quickly they become fit after just a short duration of training.

When will I be able to get results from the training?

Depends on your exercise level. Beginners will see the result quickly, within a few weeks of training you can expect to feel the difference and the movements will become smooth. Within 6 weeks you will be able to see increased muscle tone / decrease in body fat depending on what your goal is. For more advanced clientele results will take slightly longer to obtain. They can expect to see differences in their performance within 6 weeks and visual changes in 8 weeks.

How frequently do I need to see a personal trainer ?

Depends on the timeline of your goal and the level you are at. For example a beginner with a wedding coming up will need to be training more frequently than someone with no deadline. Building a good strong foundation is recommended so starting off with 2 sessions a week will set you up for success. For some advanced clients one session is enough a week as they carry out our planned sessions solo. This requires a high level of movement so exercise is done correctly.
