Need a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals? Hi, I'm David, an experienced personal trainer in Collingwood. I've been in the fitness industry for many years. I'm passionate about health and fitness and am committed to providing the best personal training to everyone. That's why when you train with me, there are no premade programs or unrealistic expectations.

A lot of coaches will push for results too quickly which is impossible for humans to maintain. We want to build long term sustainable change. Fitness isn't a 6-week challenge where you go through some weight loss only to go back to your old routines and put the body fat back on. It’s a lifestyle where you make long term changes for the better.

I've been training with Dave for about a year. He was able to easily identify where my weaknesses were and create a plan to work on these to help me achieve my goal of getting stronger. Since training with Dave I have been able to increase my strength. Dave makes training fun and and creates a individual program that challenges you. Due to lockdowns we've done some outdoor training sessions and these have been just as good as the ones in the gym
